South Granville is a perfect 3-0 against Falls Lake since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The South Granville Vikings will be playing at home against the Falls Lake Firebirds at 6:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

South Granville came up short against Cedar Ridge on Friday, falling 11-1.

South Granville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cooper Wilkins, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Falls Lake didn't have quite enough to beat Wakefield on Friday and fell 4-2.

Falls Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for South Granville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

South Granville skirted past Falls Lake 3-2 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will South Granville repeat their success, or does Falls Lake have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
