Volleyball Recap: Larkin Comes Up Short

Larkin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Streamwood Sabres. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sabres this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11.

Larkin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Streamwood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Larkin will take on West Aurora at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Streamwood, they will square off against South Elgin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
