Basketball Recap: South's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

South entered their tilt with Billerica Memorial on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Billerica Memorial Indians by a score of 55-47.

South pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Billerica Memorial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

When South and Billerica Memorial next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. South will try to stop Bishop Feehan's five-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Billerica Memorial will square off against Central Catholic and their three-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
