Lincoln's last matchup with Mt. Zion could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Railsplitters lost 10-0 to the Braves. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Mt. Zion, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-7.

Looking ahead, Lincoln will square off against Tri-Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mt. Zion, they will face off against Charleston at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Braves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 7.7 runs per game this season.
