After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Princeton finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Rosewood Eagles, falling 14-0. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their undefeated season.

Princeton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Neveah Jackson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple. That triple marked the first that Jackson hit this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Princeton fell to 3-1. As for Rosewood, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Princeton has already played their next contest, a 21-13 defeat against Hobbton on the 13th. As for Rosewood, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 4-3 loss against C.B. Aycock on the 13th.
