Basketball Recap: St. Pius X's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

St. Pius X posted their closest win since February 9, 2024 on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Concordia Lutheran Crusaders 77-75. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 72-54 back in December of 2024.

Concordia Lutheran lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jaxon Coleman, who went 6 of 12 en route to 19 points and six steals. The dominant performance gave Coleman a new career-high in steals. Ghaven Mittal was another key player, going 6 for 9 from beyond the arc on his way to 21 points.
