Weiser made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Homedale, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wolverines put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 14-3 victory on Monday. Madi Janicek made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 14 batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. Those 14 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
