Soccer Recap: R.J. Reynolds' Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only R.J. Reynolds walked away with it. They never let the Mooresville Blue Devils get on the board and left with a 4-0 win on Thursday. The score was close at halftime, but R.J. Reynolds pulled away in the second half with three goals.

They hit Mooresville with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alex Kuhner, Blady Saguilan-Trany, Enrique Rodriguez-Solano, and Tate Kennedy.

The victory made it two in a row for R.J. Reynolds and bumps their season record up to 13-6-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Mooresville, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7-2.

As of now, neither R.J. Reynolds nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
