Volleyball Recap: Community Charter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Valley Oaks CES last Thursday, Community Charter came back down to earth. Community Charter fell 3-1 to the University Prep Value Wolves on Wednesday. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Community Charter started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-16, 25-11, 25-16.

Community Charter now has a losing record of 3-4. As for University Prep Value, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Community Charter will venture away from home to challenge Triumph Charter at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, University Prep Value and USC Hybrid will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. University Prep Value is facing USC Hybrid at the right time seeing as USC Hybrid is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
