It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 85-40, which was the final score in Alabama Aerospace and Aviation's tilt against Tarrant last Friday. The matchup marked Alabama Aerospace and Aviation's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Destin's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of South Walton by a score of 43-40. Alabama Aerospace and Aviation will need focus on slowing down Junior Harris, one of several Destin players who made an impact when they last played. He went 5 for 10 on his way to 12 points. That's the most points Harris has posted since back in December of 2023. Memphis DeLong was another key player, putting up eight points along with five boards and three steals.

Alabama Aerospace and Aviation's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4. As for Destin, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
