League recap: Martensdale-St. Mary's wins, gets boost in standings

Martensdale-St. Mary's was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to fourth in A District 7. Earlier in the week, the Blue Devils defeated Bedford 22-18.

Audubon added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Guthrie Center, 33-6. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Woodward-Granger takes on second place Madrid. Last week, Woodward-Granger bested Earlham, while Madrid topped Woodward Academy.

The Hawks took down the Cardinals 57-13 last week, the largest margin of any game.
