Volleyball Recap: Clovis Find Success

With a playoff win on the line, Clovis rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Northgate Broncos.

While Clovis might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Northgate scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-18, 19-25, 25-23.

Clovis' victory bumped their record up to 29-4. As for Northgate, their loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins and brought them to 40-4.

Looking ahead, Clovis will head out on the road to take on Archbishop Mitty at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Monarchs will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. Northgate does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
