Basketball Recap: Bandon Extends Home Winning Streak to 17

Bandon waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Siuslaw Vikings 58-12. The Tigers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bandon pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.5 points per game. As for Siuslaw, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bandon will head out to square off against North Douglas on Tuesday. One thing working in Bandon's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games. As for Siuslaw, they will venture away from home to challenge Toledo at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
