Dominican lost a heartbreaker the last time they played St. Joseph, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's contest. The Knights blew past the Lancers 13-2 on Monday. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by ten runs or more this season.
Lulu Sims made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Those three runs gave her a new career-high.
