Volleyball Recap: Pioneer Takes a Loss

Pioneer managed to slip by Dixon the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pioneer Patriots came up short against the Dixon Rams on Friday, falling 3-0. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-14, 25-19.

Pioneer now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Dixon, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Pioneer will face off against Mesa Verde at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dixon, they will challenge Natomas at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be Dixon's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
