Basketball Recap: New Ulm Comes Up Short

After flying high against St. Peter last Friday, New Ulm came back down to earth. The contest between the New Ulm Eagles and the Jordan Hubmen / Jaguars didn't end well, with the New Ulm Eagles falling 82-65. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hubmen / Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

New Ulm dropped their record down to 12-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Jordan, their record now sits at 14-7.

New Ulm wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, an 83-65 win against Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] on the 31st. Jordan has also already played their next game, a 69-66 defeat against Delano on the 31st.
