Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln). Everything went their way against the Hope Blue Wave on Tuesday as the Lincoln Lions made off with a 9-1 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Lions considering their one-goal performance the game before.
Their offense was hitting Hope from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.
Mason DiDomenico led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.
Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3-4 record this season. As for Hope, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.
