Basketball Recap: Victoria Spiegl's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Eminence over Carroll County

Eminence lost against Carroll County back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Eminence Warriors took a 44-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carroll County Panthers. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Victoria Spiegl, who posted seven points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Spiegl is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 30 games she's played dating back to last season. Brooklyn Smith was another key player, putting up 17 points.

Eminence's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Carroll County, their win bumped their record up to 11-14.
