Smyrna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 74-69 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lebanon Blue Devils. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Bulldogs still had to take the loss.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaden Matthews, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine boards. Tyreque Mccarver was another key player, putting up 13 points.
