Basketball Recap: North Central Starts off Right with Win over Ferris + How To Watch

North Central gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They secured a 64-59 W over the Ferris Saxons. The victory continues a trend for the Wolfpack in their matchups with the Saxons: they've now won five in a row.

Leading North Central to victory were Miles Spence and Tyson Vogrig. Spence went 10-for-16 on his way to 24 points in addition to six boards and three steals, while Vogrig shot 62% from the field en route to 19 points. Those 19 points gave Vogrig a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Levi Ott, who posted nine points.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Central will challenge Cheney at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ferris, they will face off against Moses Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
