Rosholt scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 19-16 to the Northland Lutheran Wildcats. The loss leaves the Hornets still looking for their first win of the season.

Gracie Flees led a balanced group of hitters, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Kaylee Filtz, who scored four runs and stole six bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.

Rosholt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Rosholt didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 20-5 loss against Pittsville on the 10th. As for Northland Lutheran, they have also already played their next contest, a 19-4 victory against Bowler/Gresham Community on the 10th.
