It was a good run, but Brookfield unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They received a blow as they fell 74-55 to the LaBrae Vikings. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-52 back in December of 2024.

Brookfield lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Teagen Barbe, who went 6 of 10 on his way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Blake Hammond, who went 6 for 15 en route to 14 points and three steals.

Brookfield's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for LaBrae, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-4.

Brookfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-53 defeat against Southeast on the 31st. LaBrae has also already played their next matchup, a 75-40 victory against Liberty on the 31st.
