The Vikings will look to defend their home pitch against the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Glenbard North took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Geneva, who comes in off a win.

Geneva's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Larkin with a sharp 7-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what Geneva needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Meanwhile, Glenbard North's game on Saturday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Streamwood by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Glenbard North's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Glenbard North moved to 3-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Geneva, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Geneva took their win against Glenbard North when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
