Basketball Recap: Sherwood Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Southland Academy

The Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles put the hurt on the Southland Academy Raiders with a sharp 74-50 win. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Raiders on January 10th, they had to take a 44-43 loss.

Sherwood Christian Academy's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 8-9. As for Southland Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sherwood Christian Academy will take on Georgia Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Southland Academy, they will welcome Southwest Georgia Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
