Basketball Recap: North Andover Takes a Loss

After flying high against Billerica Memorial last Tuesday, North Andover came back down to earth. The North Andover Scarlet Knights lost to the Andover Golden Warriors on the road by a 60-42 margin on Friday. The contest marked the Scarlet Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

North Andover's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Andover, their win bumped their record up to 11-6.

When North Andover and Andover next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. North Andover will try to stop Lowell's six-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Andover will challenge Newton South and their six-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
