Softball Recap: Dekaney Gets the Win

Dekaney posted their closest victory since February 28, 2025 on Saturday. They won by a run and slipped past the Cypress Park Tigers 13-12.

The win got Dekaney back to even at 1-1. As for Cypress Park, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dekaney will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Alief Elsik at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cypress Park, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Cypress Lakes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
