Basketball Game Preview: Shenandoah Zeps vs. Monroe Central Seminoles

The Shenandoah Zeps will venture away from home to take on the Monroe Central Seminoles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Shenandoah will be strutting in after a win while Monroe Central will be coming in after a loss.

Shenandoah will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating River, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Shenandoah walked away with a 53-40 victory over River on Friday.

Meanwhile, Monroe Central's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Friday. They took a 53-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wheeling Central Catholic. The loss was the Seminoles' first of the season.

The win got Shenandoah back to even at 2-2. As for Monroe Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Shenandoah came up short against Monroe Central in their previous meeting back in February, falling 38-29. Can Shenandoah avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
