Soccer Recap: Cadillac Comes Up Short

Cadillac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Traverse City West Titans. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Cadillac couldn't quite close it out.

Cadillac's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Traverse City West, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cadillac will head out to challenge Rochester at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. As for Traverse City West, they will venture away from home to square off against Alpena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
