Baseball Recap: New Lima Falls to Milburn in First Game of Season

New Lima unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Milburn Eagles on Monday. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Milburn has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-13 record this season.

As of now, neither New Lima nor Milburn have any future games scheduled.
