Baseball Recap: Scott County Central Comes Up Short at Home Against Cooter

Scott County Central unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 17-0 to the Cooter Wildcats on Thursday.

Scott County Central saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevor Brown, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Looking ahead, Scott County Central will challenge Risco at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Cooter will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against North Pemiscot at 3:00 p.m. on April 1st.
