Frankton dropped their record down to 6-6 on Wednesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wapahani Raiders. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Frankton saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Jones, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

As for Wapahani, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4. That's two games straight that they have won by exactly five runs.
