Basketball Recap: Redland Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Redland Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Palm Glades Prep Academy Eagles, falling 50-27. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the FALCONS this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-37 last Wednesday.

Despite the defeat, Redland Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Prince Howell, Jr posted nine points.

Redland Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Palm Glades Prep Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7.

Redland Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-20 defeat against Greater Miami Academy on the 15th. As for Palm Glades Prep Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 71-54 loss against Pinecrest Prep on the 17th.
