Softball Game Preview: Notre Dame Academy Pandas vs. Simon Kenton Pioneers

The Notre Dame Academy Pandas will square off against the Simon Kenton Pioneers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Notre Dame Academy 3.8, Simon Kenton 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Notre Dame Academy is headed into the matchup having just posted their closest victory since March 28th on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Conner, sneaking past 8-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pandas.

Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Notre Dame Academy, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.
