Soccer Recap: Chugiak Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Dimond

Chugiak faced Dimond in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Mustangs lost 4-0 to the Lynx. Chugiak were not able to make up for their loss to Dimond from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Chugiak and nudges their season record down to 5-2. As for Dimond, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 8-0-1.

Chugiak has already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Service on the 5th. As for Dimond, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Bartlett on the 5th.
