Soccer Recap: Tivy Comes Up Short

Tivy managed to keep up with New Braunfels until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tivy Antlers came up short against the New Braunfels Unicorns, falling 3-0. The Antlers were probably out for revenge after losing 2-0 to them when the teams met back in January of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tivy is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5. As for New Braunfels, they now have a winning record of 4-3-2.

Tivy will take on Wagner at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Tivy is facing Wagner at the right time seeing as Wagner is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for New Braunfels, they will square off against Veterans Memorial at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. New Braunfels will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Veterans Memorial will have lost three straight heading into Tuesday's match.
