Volleyball Recap: Spring Hill Raiders vs. Cascade Champions
Spring Hill was the 3-0 winner over Cascade when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell just short of the Champions by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.
Hazel Slusher paced Spring Hill's offense, picking up 27 kills. Slusher got some help from Grace Kruer and her 27 assists. Lilly Yahya controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Spring Hill has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-13 record this season. As for Cascade, they moved to 4-7 with that win, which also ended their six-match losing streak.
