Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Skates Past Arlington Memorial with Ease

There's no place like home for Twin Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past the Arlington Memorial Eagles, posting a 66-37 win. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 24 points or more this season.

Twin Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Steven Oyer led the charge by dropping a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. Oyer is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. Brayden Brown was another key player, putting up 19 points along with five boards and three steals.

Twin Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in six consecutive games.
