Soccer Recap: Fayette Ware Comes Up Short

Fayette Ware fell victim to South Gibson and their airtight defense on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Hornets. While losing is never fun, Fayette Ware can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 287th, while South Gibson are ranked 74th).

Fayette Ware's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9-3. As for South Gibson, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Fayette Ware nor South Gibson have any future games scheduled.
