Midlothian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Monacan Chiefs. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Midlothian's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Monacan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midlothian will head out to take on J.R. Tucker at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Monacan, they will challenge James River Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
