Volleyball Recap: Washington Tech Takes a Loss

Washington Tech lost against Harding back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-1 to the Knights, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Washington Tech ultimately came up short, they really made Harding work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-20, 22-25, 25-23.

Jackie Lee was the offensive standout of the game as he had nine digs and three assists. That's the most digs he has posted over his last two matches.

Washington Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Harding, their win bumped their record up to 15-6-2.

Washington Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harding, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Como Park at 6:30 p.m.
