Soccer Recap: Dayton Takes a Loss

Dayton came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Kingwood Park Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in February.

Dayton's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Kingwood Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Dayton will challenge Pasadena at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dayton is facing Pasadena at the right time seeing as Pasadena is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Kingwood Park, they will square off against Porter at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
