Football Recap: Whitehall Starts Season with Win at Home

Whitehall gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They put the hurt on the Wilkes-Barre Wolfpack with a sharp 38-14 victory. This was payback for the Zephyrs, who suffered a 27-10 loss the last time these two teams met.

Coming up, Whitehall is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Nazareth Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wilkes-Barre, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Stroudsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
