Softball Recap: Mulberry Panthers vs. Davenport Broncos

Mulberry waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Davenport Broncos. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Broncos, too.

Haylie Hightower spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on 12 hits and racked up eight Ks. Those eight strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
