Basketball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian's Tenth in Last 12 Outings

The Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian Lions were the clear victor by a 44-19 margin over Easton on Thursday thanks to Kast, who went 5-for-10 on her way to 13 points and six rebounds. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played.

Another player making a difference was Rebecca Wiser, who posted four points along with nine boards and four steals. Those nine rebounds gave her a new career-high.

Moses Lake Christian Academy/Covenant Christian has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points over those games. As for Easton, they dropped their record down to 0-13 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.
