League recap: Maysville receives boost in rankings after winning week

Maysville used a 0-1 record over the past week to move from 585 to 559 in the Ohio state rankings.
Having lost four games in a row, the Panthers are mired in the league's worst slump.
John Glenn's pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only four hits and four walks, both of which led the league. The Little Muskies' pitchers have been charged with only 157 hits and have struck out 170 batters.
Corey Wilson is tops on the staff with 54 Ks.
The week's strikeout crown belonged to
Cody Day, who turned in 10 Ks for John Glenn. He's fourth in the league with 11 total strikeouts.
