Football Recap: Hamtramck Takes a Loss

If Hamtramck was feeling good fresh off their 36-6 takedown of Detroit Leadership Academy last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cosmos were beaten by the Summit Academy Dragons 36-0 on Friday. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Cosmos were not able to get on the board.

Summit Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jacob Boykins, who picked up 79 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Another signal caller making a difference was Oween Sudduth, who threw for 135 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes.
