Basketball Recap: Caprock Academy Eagles vs. De Beque Dragons

The Caprock Academy Eagles took a blow against the De Beque Dragons on Wednesday, falling 54-27. The Eagles have struggled against the Dragons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Rachel Bogan was Caprock Academy's leading scorer, having posted 12 points. Ashley Wilke held things down on the boards with ten rebounds.

De Beque's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Vines led the charge by shooting 4-for-7 from long range and dropping a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds.
