Volleyball Recap: South Spencer Takes a Loss

South Spencer lost against Evansville Reitz back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rebels fell 2-0 to the Panthers. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

When it comes to explaining why South Spencer lost, don't look at Kendall Lloyd. Despite the final result, she had 12 digs. Lloyd is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 14 games she's played.

South Spencer's loss dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Evansville Reitz, the win got them back to even at 14-14.

South Spencer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against North Harrison on the 11th. As for Evansville Reitz, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Heritage Hills on the 11th.
