Soccer Game Preview: Woodside vs. Jefferson

The Woodside Wildcats will venture away from home to challenge the Jefferson Grizzlies at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodside's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Woodside turned things around against Sequoia on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Ravens out 2-1.

Meanwhile, Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Sequoia, falling 5-0.

Woodside's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7. As for Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
