Heritage is 9-1 against Frisco since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Heritage Coyotes will face off against the Frisco Raccoons at 6:00 p.m. Heritage is looking for their season's first victory.

Heritage came up short against Liberty on Tuesday, falling 27-2.

Frisco not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 28, 2024. They were the clear victor by a 10-1 margin over Centennial. The Raccoons haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Tori Franklin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up nine Ks. Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high.

On the hitting side, Bailee Hodnett was incredible, going 3-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Arista Cojocaru, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Frisco picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-9-1. As for Heritage, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

Heritage couldn't quite get it done against Frisco in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 as they fell 9-6. Can Heritage avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
